      2.  Review Team Position Requirements

            a. Communication's Specialist Requirements

       3.  Print the following forms: 

                1.)  Employment Eligibility Verification

               2.)  Optional Application for Federal Employment Form

               3.)  Declaration for Federal Employment

               4.)  Race and National Origin Identification Form 

               5.)  Selective Service Registration Status Form

               6.)  Self Identification of Handicap Form

               7.)  USAR Data Transmittal Sheet

               8.)  NV TF-1 Personnel Form

              9.)  Physical Exam & Immunization Requirements

       4.  Complete and Sign forms

       5.  Mail or FAX forms to:
